About Dr. Bespalova

Welcome!

I am a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in reproductive psychiatry and women's mental health here in Seattle. I provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care for women navigating the complex emotional and physiological intersections of their reproductive lifespans.

The transition through different reproductive stages, such as preconception planning, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause, can be incredibly challenging. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work collaboratively to support your mental health and overall well-being during these vulnerable periods.

Request Consultation

Finding the right fit for your mental health care is essential. I invite you to schedule a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation.

During this brief call, we will discuss your history, current concerns, and my clinical approach to ensure we are the right match for your needs. If so, we can proceed with scheduling a full intake evaluation.

Please note, this does not establish a therapeutic relationship and no diagnostic impressions or treatment recommendations will be made.

Payment and Insurance

I am currently in-network with Premera and Aetna. I am in the process of becoming in-network with Regence and First Choice.

I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

If I am out-of-network for your insurance, please contact me for current rates for initial assessments, consultations, and follow up visits. If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (often called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

You have the right to receive a good faith estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost if you do not have insurance or if you are not using insurance. Find more information here.
